Movement for Change and Equality candidate Derrick Chama (in checked suit) failed to complete his nomination for the Pambashe Parliamentary by-election as he did not have the money to pay at the time.
According to information received, his team is waiting for the money to be sent.
Nomination fee is K15,000 for one to contest as MP.
