SABOI TO PAY STATE HOUSE COMMUNICATIONS SPECIALIST CLAYSON HAMASAKA K50 000 FOR DEFAMATION
NDC president and UKA Media Chairperson Saboi Imboela has been found guilty by th3 Lusaka Magistrates Court on both counts.
This is in a matter were Imboela has been found guilty of defaming Statehouse Chief Communications Specialist, Clayson Hamasaka.
Imboela will have to avoid going to jail for nine months by paying Hamasaka K25 000 in each count she was found guilty by 25th November, 2024.
