It seems United Kwacha Alliance (UKA) is done with Edgar Mutawale Lungu and his PF minions. Sakwiba Sikota chairman of UKA has today declared that his Alliance can’t afford to put Edgar Lungu as their Presidential candidate because the PF faction leader is not only ineligible but comes with a baggage of corruption accusation.
“How can you honestly think of us in that way, to pick someone first of all who will be pronounced ineligible and secondly is so tainted with corrupt image? How are we going to convince Zambians that we are clean people if we go with a person with such a reputation? Not in UKA” Sikota tells Source in a WhatsApp conversation today.
