ANOTHER ALLIANCE AS ZAMBIA GEARS UP FOR 2026 ELECTIONS
A political grouping is being formulated under the umbrella Tonse Alliance. It is according to information reaching us will have opposition political parties, Civil Society and other Activist.
It is due to be launched soon. However there is one such an alliance in neighbouring Malawi.
Though the name has been applauded. Some people are questioning the rainbow colours on the logo which is associated to Gayism,
The Hakainde Hichilema regime has so far blocked the registeration of one opposition political parties alliance called United Kwacha Alliance – UKA that is expected to field former president Edgar Lungu.
As the country gears for the general election in 2026, a number of political groupings will be assembled.
This week Kelvin Bwalya Fube who was part of the alliance that worked to ursher in Hichilema and UPND said he would join political groupings that would save Zambia from collapsing in the hands of Hichilema.
