High Court Judge Chinyanwa C. Zulu has today issued a Restraining Order or Injunction or Interdicted or Prohibited Morgan Ngona from calling or holding any PF meeting that is of elective nature be it a convention or conference. This so until the main matter is concluded where it is being determined whether or not he is still the bonafide PF Secretary General-SG.
All members of the PF and the general public are informed and guided accordingly so they may not directly or indirectly fly around sharper teeth of contempt of court criminal charges.
