KABWATA POLICE OPENS DOCKET AGAINST UPND THUG, MOSES NGULUBE…but officers from Service HQs telling them to abandon the case

KABWATA POLICE Station has opened a docket against UPND thugs led by UPND RTSA Chairperson, Moses Ngulube that brutally beat a business at Ridgeway RTSA Office.
A businessman known as Edward Chisenga who runs a driving school, was accused of saying the UPND will not win the 2026 elections, was called to the UPND office and brutally beaten and whipped with sticks.
Chisanga was badly beaten with broom sticks by a group led by Moses Ngulube, the UPND Chairperson at RTSA.
But the Police officers say they are under pressure not to pursue the case despite Chisenga providing medical records and naming the suspects.
