TWO MAZABUKA HUSBANDS ON THE RUN AFTER BEATING UP THEIR WIVES
POLICE in southern Province are currently hunting for two men in Mazabuka district who took off their gentleman garment to Brutalize their wives in a deadly combat like a kamwala crowd beating the robbery spirit out of a pickpocket.
The two men identified as Miyanda Zulu and O’Brian Mubale are reported to have smacked and punched their wives as though they were trying to secure the country’s first position for the boxing tournament at the 2024 Paris Olympics.
The first incident of assault was reported to Mazabuka Police Station yesterday in the morning by Pretty Mulima aged 32 of mangoye turnoff who reported Zulu of kickboxing her after a marital discord.
Mulima said on Friday around 20:00 hours, instead of using logic to end their misunderstanding Zulu resorted to violence as he thought his fists and sidekicks would do a better job.
The woman sustained body pains, swollen legs, and bruises on the back.
Before officers could effect another an arrest on Zulu, another battered wife walked in with a similar report around 19:00 hours at the Police Station.
Ruth Nembo aged 26, of Kalomo area, reported of how she was almost sent to her early grave by Mubale in the late afternoon.
Nembo also said, her husband imitated a professional wrestler like John Cena and choked her whilst slapping her.
Upon noticing that prison was calling for defacing his wife, Mubale took to his heels and left her nursing a swollen forehead, bruised chest and painful ribs.
Southern Province Police Commanding Officer, Auxensio Daka confirmed both incidents.
He said the survivors have been issued medical report forms and dockets have been opened against the ferocious duo who is currently on the run.
