INSTEAD OF SERVING ME NSHIMA, SHE SERVED HER NAKED SELF, SO I ATE HER INSTEAD, BUILDER TELLS COURT

A LUSAKA Bricklayer has told the Matero Local court how her he extended his duties of renovating her house, to also erecting his pillar in her foundation box, with suspicions that she infected him with HIV too.

All this was heard in a matter of restitution of building materials in which Paul Mvula of Kabanana township sued Lydia Chidya of SOS area.

Mvula told the court that Chidya had contracted him to renovate and extend her house at k6,000 and he began working, as he was paid a k4,500 remaining with a balance of k1,500.

But this business became interesting after Chidya started admiring how Mvula was muscular, caring and gentle and perfectly laying the bricks, that she also started fantancising he could properly lay his brick efficiently in her instead.

So she came up with a blue print so that she could lay a bait for him and like fish in the water, Mvula was eventually hooked.

It is reported that every lunch hour, Chidya would call Mvula to serve him Nshima in her bedroom. But to his surprise, it was not just the nshima alone awaiting for him.

Chidya, had dessert installed, with five star hotel room service that not even a fancy hotel could match.

She served him his meal while being a meal herself – having nothing but her ‘Eve suit’ on, causing Mvula ‘temperature’ to rise from beneath his belt with no excuse as he sweated both on top of her, and for her house.

“She took me to her room and started serving me nshima while naked, and after seeing her creation, I got confused, forgot the nshima, and ate her instead,” Mvula told the court.

Mvula’s appetite for both meals confused him so much that he even forgot to use protection while devouring from his employer’s honeypot.

But their business could not go as far, as Chidya was scammed of K3,500 bricks money and blamed Mvula for it as he was in charge of the transaction.

The two separated and in order to ensure that she had her money back, Chidya withheld Mvula’s buiding tools at her home.

“All I want is for him to pay me back my K3,500, and I will give him back the tools,” Chidya said.

“I paid a K3500 for blocks to his friend that he introduced me to, but he never delivered the bricks and started giving me different stories.”

On feeding herself to Mvula, Chidya did not argue or deny the statement.

However, Mvula added that he actually suspects that she infected him with HIV during the free bedroom sweet courses he was enjoying.

“Claim upheld. The court shall order that defendant returns back the building materials to plaintiff. But before that, plaintiff will refund defendant with k2,500 in full for the work he did not finish, effective August 30, 2024,” said Magistrate Harriet Mulenga.
