MAFINGA MP SAYS HE HAS FRIENDS FROM TURKEY THAT WILL SUPPLY ARMS AND PRINT ECZ BALLOT PAPERS
Big mouth, Mafinga MP, Robert Chabinga has been boasting that his business friends from Turkey have secured lucrative contracts to supply arms and ammunition with the Zambia Defence Forces.
In a leaked message written in his WhatsApp group, Chabinga was also caught discussing a case in the Lusaka High Court in which he is scheming to remove Miles Sampa as “Patriotic Front” President.
He says he has been assured by State House that the Judge handling the matter will grant his application to alter parties and remove Sampa.
Judge Conceptor Zulu of the Lusaka High Court granted an ex-parte order staying Sampa’s decisions of removing Ng’ona from his position as Secretary General and a member of the party central committee. Justice Zulu further stayed Sampa’s decisions to dissolve the Central Committee.
Chabinga has since applied to have Sampa removed from the legal action before Judge Zulu, claiming that he was expelled as a member of the Patriotic Front.

Our friends from Turkey have won a tender by direct bidding to supply arms to the Zambia Defence forces.
The company will also print ballot papers for the Electoral Commission of Zambia(ECZ).

Lewis Nathan Advocates are also handling our application to be joined to the case in which our Secretary General, Morgan Ngona has challenged Miles Sampa’s decision to dismiss him and dissolve the Central Committee.
We have been assured by our friends from State House that the Judge will rule in our favour and the application on the alteration of suing parties will be done.
When this is done, Lewis Nathan & Advocates will do a Consent Order to wind up the matter and I will be in charge and in a strong position to do whatever we must do.
