Levy Ngoma must face the law – Mwamba
EMMANUEL Mwamba said it was lawlessness of the highest order for Mr Levy Ngoma, President Hakainde Hichilema’s political advisor, a civil servant, to actively participate in active politics.
Mr Ngoma is on record stating that he will crush anyone who stands in the way of President Hichilema’s development agenda.
Mr Mwamba said Mr Ngoma’s threats to President Hichilema’s critics was tantamount to criminality.
“Mr Levy Ngoma is a Special Assistant to the President in charge of Politics based at State House. He is a full civil servant on the payroll of public service workers,” he said.
