According to the Daily Revelation, K69 million was found in his bank account both the Drug Enforcement Commission and the ACC have been investigating the matter.
The ACC DG is said to have reached a settlement and immunity has been granted under Section 80(3) of the ACC Act no.3 of 2012.
ACC DG authorized the summoning of Ministers of Health Silvia Masebo, Minister of Energy Peter Kapala and Minister of Agriculture Reuben Mutolo and have since given them Warn& Caution pending arrests when President Hakainde Hichilema approves.
The ACC also summoned Police Commissioner, Mwala Yuyi, Solicitor General Marshal Muchende and Deputy Inspector General of Police, Milner Muyambango.
