IG Musamba makes sweeping changes at police command
NSPECTOR General of Police Graphael Musamba has made sweeping changes to the senior police command, which has seen Yuyi Mwala, who was until yesterday Commissioner of Police, criminal investigations at Police Service headquarters transferred to Luapula Province as police commanding officer, taking over from Creto Kaanza who has been transferred to Lusaka, Police force headquarters.
Mr Musamba has moved Pual Achiume from Muchinga Province where he was commanding officer to North-Western Province in the same capacity, taking over from Liywali Limpio who has been moved to State House.
The changes and transfers have so far seen 48 senior police officers moved to different positions and capacities across the country.
