He Wants To Get Political Capital From Any Unfortunate Incident…

HAKAINDE Hichilema has become so desperate for votes that he wants to get political capital from any unfortunate incident, says Sylvia Masebo.
Masebo says Hichilema’s actions are not only desperate but shameful as the opposition leader is trying to gain political capital out of unfortunate incidences such as funerals.
“It is such a shame that we have leaders who want to lead this country who are liars, people that are so desperate to lead to the extent that they want to use funerals and unfortunate incidences like the one which happened in Chongwe to gain political capital,” Masebo said.

Flash back 17th June, 2013 and jog along to 2018 nothing has changed.
Hichilema is so desperate that he is trying to get political mileage even in the unfortunate Cholera incident that has claimed about 70 lives.
First he plastered his face on rubbish bins and after being a social media joke retrieved the bins.
And now the latter is said to be behind the sponsoring of the Kanyama riots of which is no surprise.
Many people are happy with the cleaning up of Zambia it is unfortunate that it stirred from a Cholera outbreak but every well meaning Zambian is happy that the country is being cleaned.
No traders have been abandoned as alternative trading places are being sought, government is not in this alone, stakeholders such as Zambia National Farmers Union are on board helping government look for alternatives.
The Ministry of Local Government as well as Local Authorities are looking at existing spaces in the markets and how best to accommodate all traders.
At this point let us make mention that most existing markets are being upgraded to modern markets some solely by government and others via PPP.
We are all looking for ways to save lives and stop this epidemic but what is Hichilema thinking; for him it’s Edgar Lungu is down now let me try climb on his back so I can get to the top.
But sorry sir it is not Edgar Lungu alone who is on a bended knee but the whole nation. You are stepping on our backs with your filthy boots just to try get to the top.
And this is just pure cowardice, to us, Hichilema you are just a coward and your resolution to sponsor youths to riot against a noble cause that may end an epidemic that is claiming lives is just a low blow.
‘We want Change’ these are the words echoed by your youths as they flashed your party symbol… is that how change of government happens in a democracy?
Or as others are asking is it change from cholera to typhoid?
Really to go a step and ask youths to burn equipment, machinery that is being used for clearing their surroundings as we know Cholera is as a result of filth? What change do you want? Are you happy that there is a Cholera epidemic?
Sir for once look beyond your nose; you are so selfish you can see no further than the end of your nose. You don’t care about any one but yourself. You can’t see any further than the end of your nose. Now here is where we scream and say you need to CHANGE!!!
