AVOIDING THE BIBLE: Why Is Chipoka Mulenga Not Taking Oath On The Bible?
Yesterday, Chipoka Mulenga avoided the Bible in parliament and today he has avoided the Bible at the council offices.
What is the explanation? Why can’t he take oath on the Bible ? What is he scared of?
Taking the oath today were Chingola Central MP Michelle Phiri Kazala, Nchanga MP Rosemary Chipoya, and Chingola West MP Chipoka Mulenga.
They were sworn in alongside Mayor Nelius Mumba and the 29 newly elected ward councillors.
