BINWELL MPUNDU ALLEGEDLY ON THE RUN AS POLICE LOOK FOR HIM
Toonse Pamodzi Alliance Presidential Affairs Chairman Binwell Mpundu is reportedly on the run following allegations that he issued a dangerous statement.
Yesterday, Mr. Mpundu posted a video on his official Facebook page in which he suggested that he was ready to die and kill in connection with the upcoming General Elections.
However, the Zambia Police Service is reportedly trying to apprehend Mr. Mpundu, who has allegedly since disappeared from Zambia.
Multiple sources claim that Mr. Mpundu is attempting to cross into the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) to evade the Police.
Sources have also told this publication that, should the UPND win the elections, Mr. Mpundu could join his former ally, Emmanuel Jay Jay Banda, in exile.
