NAKACINDA FOUND WITH CASE TO ANSWER

PATRIOTIC Front faction secretary general Raphael Nakacinda has been found with a case to answer in a matter in which he is accused of alleging that the ruling United Party for National Development (UPND) dispatched vehicles carrying pre-marked ballot papers during local government by-elections in Mwense.
Nakacinda is also accused of refusing to attend a hearing after being summoned by the Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) in connection with the matter.
