Chaminuka owner Stelios Sardanis allegedly killed in night attack

Chaminuka owner Stelios Sardanis has allegedly been killed in an overnight attack at the wildlife sanctuary in Central Province, police have confirmed.



Mr Sardanis is alleged to have been attacked by a group of about 15 people within the Chaminuka premises on Saturday night, 8 August.



The circumstances surrounding the reported attack remain unclear, and it is not yet known whether any suspects have been arrested.



Central Province Police Commanding Officer Lemekani Chirwa confirmed the incident to Nkanionline News, saying police were expected to provide further details.

The motive for the alleged attack has not yet been established.
