MWALA YUYI TRANSFERRED TO LUSAKA AS RAE HAMOONGA TAKES OVER AS NEW COPPERBELT POLICE COMMISSIONER

Copperbelt Province Police Commissioner Mwala Yuyi has been transferred to Lusaka for redeployment and has been replaced by Western Province Police Commissioner Rae Hamoonga.

Mr. Yuyi announced the development in a farewell message in a Journalist Whatsapp group for Copperbelt.

The announcement comes days after Copperbelt Province Permanent Secretary Lawrence Mwanza stated that Commissioner Yuyi remained in charge of policing on the Copperbelt.
