UPND FERRING PEOPLE IN CARGO TRUCKS TO FAKE POPULARITY SAYS KAMBWILI

Former Information Minister Chishimba Kambwili said that the UPND is feeling pressured ahead of the August 13 general election.

He said that the ruling party is transporting people from various districts using cargo trucks to create the illusion of significant public support at their campaign rallies.

Kambwili urged Zambians to vote for NRPUP presidential candidate Brian Mundubile, asserting that the UPND has failed to fulfill its 2021 promises.

He highlighted that during a recent UPND rally in Mpika, attendees were brought from several locations, including Kasama and Shiwang’andu, to artificially inflate attendance numbers.

He suggested that the uniformity of clothing among UPND supporters at these events indicated they were organized and transported by the party, contrasting this with the spontaneous attendance at Mundubile’s rallies where people came in their everyday clothes.
