POLICE in Chingola have arrested NRPUP Chingola Central aspiring mayoral candidate Nelius Mumba and four other members for parking a Toyota Hilux at a police mess and playing campaign songs.
In a statement, Copperbelt Province Police Commissioner Mwala Yuyi said the five were apprehended after entering Chingola Police Mess Jurisdiction, News Diggers Reports.
