MWAKA, DAVID KAZADI APPEAR IN COURT FOR PRODUCING OSCENE VIDEOS
FORMER HOT FM Zambia CEO David Kazadi and teenager Mwaka Halwindi have appeared before the Lusaka Magistrates’ Court facing charges of producing and possessing pornographic materials.
The duo appeared alongside co-accused Ruby Muzandu, another person also charged with allegedly circulating and possessing obscene materials.
According to the allegations, the three committed the offences in Lusaka between January 2023 and June 2025.
The matter has since been brought before the court, where proceedings are expected to continue as the accused answer to the charges.
