Stepdad eats meal set by wife, turns to daughter, 12, fondles her breasts before defiling her
A 40-YEAR-OLD man of Chipata District in Eastern Province will not be among scores of Zambians that will witness the historic interring of Inkosi YamaKosi Mpezeni IV as he is on the run following allegations that he took advantage of his stepdaughter, while his wife was away.
Details of the matter as shared with TV Yatu by Provincial Police Commanding Officer Robertson Mweemba are that, the alleged victim’s mother had left home around 18:00 hours on May 30, to visit her sister and left her 12-year-old daughter, home alone.
Mweemba shares that, at the time, the child’s stepfather was away, but was scheduled to return home and so, his wife left him a meal already set on the table.
When the stepfather returned home, Mweemba says he consumed his meal, and later used energy gained from the meal to fondle his daughter’s juvenile breasts.
He says the suspect, Obrien Sinoya, 40, then defiled the little girl, leaving her little essential lady part in excruciating pain.
Mweemba shares that, at around 21:00 hours, the victim’s mother returned from where she had gone, and found her daughter who quickly narrated what had happened to her when her dad returned.
“The reporter [mother] then checked her daughter and found wetness on her private part. She informed her landlord and her sister about what happened,” Mweemba shares.
He says the matter was then reported to Kapata Police Post, where a medical report form was issued.
He says the suspect is yet to be arrested as he currently is on the run.
