BALCONY HELL BLAST SPARKS DOUBLE DEATH TRAGEDY

In a shocking case out of Texas in 2013, 75-year-old Chung Kim’s long-running dispute with his upstairs neighbours turned deadly after months of alleged harassment.

Kim had repeatedly complained that the couple living above him were allowing their dog’s waste to be dumped from their balcony, allegedly dripping down onto his own outdoor space below. According to reports, his complaints were ignored, leaving tensions to fester.

On the morning of the incident, after yet another confrontation with the mess landing in his patio area, Kim snapped in anger. He retrieved a firearm and went upstairs to confront the neighbours.

In the violent encounter that followed, Kim shot and killed his 31-year-old female neighbour on her balcony. He then shot her boyfriend as he attempted to flee, fatally wounding him as well.

A jury later convicted Kim of capital murder. He was sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole.
