THE law of the country, the Constitution, cannot allow Edgar Lungu to stand as Vice-President of the Republic of Zambia; we hear that is his Plan B, says Home Affairs and Internal Security Minister Jack Mwiimbu.
And Copperbelt Province Minister Elisha Matambo says President Hakainde Hichilema does not want a third term.
